NKT Flexibles is an independent Danish company in it's own right. The operational unit is established as a Joint Venture Company with two major shareholders.
The company is owned by NKT Holding (51%), which is registered on the Danish Stock Exchange, and the international seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services company Subsea 7(49%).
