Professional and personal development possibilities

We find it important to be able to offer many relevant development possibilities as the individual employee has various needs for professional and personal development.

Personal development could take place by being transferred to other assignments in the same department or another department of NKT Flexibles. This could also include training and development possibilities which cannot take place in the original department. Mobility can thus contribute to increase the employees’ qualifications and can supplement other continuing education.

We select, develop and educate employees who have the interest and skills in gaining management responsibility or who have specialist skills to take care of specialist functions. At the same time we recognize and appreciate the employees who want to function as generalists within their field.

NKT Flexibles has many different departments and functions and we are positive towards horizontal career shifts which mean that the employee changes job across the functional areas and/or within our career paths. As an example this means that the senior engineer can apply for a job as line manager and vice versa.
