If you get the job
The chosen candidate will receive a contract for signing. The contract shall be returned before taking up the position.
On your first day of work you will be received by your immediate superior who, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for you settling well in your new job.
We use a mentor programme to secure that all new employees receive the same training and that all important issues are taken care of. The mentor programme ends with an interview after approx. 3 months, where you and your superior will follow up on the first three months and agree on future expectations.
Approx. every 6 weeks we arrange introduction days in both Brøndby and Kalundborg where you will receive a short introduction to all departments, HSEQ introduction and information on the company’s vision, values and personnel policy.
