Employment Sequence

Recruiting in NKT Flexibles is about employing new, qualified employees who, in our opinion, will fit into our organisation and act to their and our satisfaction both now and in the future.

Normally, we advertise vacancies at our own website, with NKT Holding and with Jobindex. Engineering jobs are also advertised with Jobfinder. Please state where you have seen the advertisement when you send in your application, and please also mark the application with the job you are applying for. We prefer applications to be sent online, but if this is not possible you can of course send us a written application.

When the deadline is reached, your application will typically be read by a representative from the HR Department and the appropriate line manager. Normally, they will choose 3-5 applicants who will receive a written invitation to an interview – either by e-mail or letter. Applicants who do not match the competences needed will receive a refusal.

If you send us an unsolicited application, a representative from our HR Department will read it and you will get an immediate feedback on the possibilities. If your qualifications are interesting and we do not have a suitable vacancy, we will offer to include you in our job bank where we will keep your papers on file for 6 months from the date of receipt.
