NKT Flexibles aims at a good working environment comprising an understanding and interest for the company’s projects and development. Therefore, we emphasize competence development as a means to secure that the individual competences match presents and future challenges.
We have defined competence requirements for the various job roles, making the development possibilities for the individual employee very clear. In this way we ensure that there is a connection between the demands for the various roles in the company, and that the competence development takes place as a mutually guided and systematic process. As a new employee you will typically be positioned in the competence system at your 3-month interview.
