Working hours

In NKT Flexibles we give freedom with responsibility. This is also the case within your terms of reference as an employee – in NKT Flexibles we have introduced flexitime arrangements.

If you are a salaried employee your working hours are basically from 8:00 – 16:00 and 8:00 – 15.30 at Fridays, but you can easily, in agreement with your superior, change these working hours. When you want to use your flexitime you arrange it with your superior and/or your colleagues. As we work on a project oriented basis we expect that you are willing to make an extra effort when needed and at the same time you have the possibility of using your flexitime at less hectic times.

If you are an hourly worker you will work in shifts with a firm duty plan.
